WHO ARE WE

Muricado is a family owned business that primarily specializes in growing, sourcing, packing, distribution and marketing of quality and fresh conventional and organic avocado produce.

Our journey began in 2018 by a family with a purpose to build a fresh produce business of honesty and integrity. With over 5 years of being in the avocado business, we are still 100% private and family-owned.

Our headquarter offices are centrally located in Dar es salaam, Tanzania, from where we coordinate all the plantation programmes. Muricado owns over 320 acres avocado plantations in Njombe Region and intimately understands the concerns and deep roots in this industry.

Our business is based on strong values and long-term partnerships that we share and build with all our stakeholders: our employees, our shareholders, our grower partners, our communities and our customers.

Muricado Avocado has a significant presence in the Tanzania Avocado marketplace, in both conventional and organic sales. We are able to provide fresh and delicious avocados during the harvest season to our clients through our procurement team.
